::Excellent place. Located just outside the French Quarter on Canal Street. Everything is accessible and walking distance or just a few minutes away in a cable car ride. Clean, comfortable and staff is very friendly.

::Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Some of the renovations look a little homemade (the mirrors in the bathroom are high and a but uneven, there is a light fixture that wasn't installed) but none of it took away from our enjoyment of the hotel. The buildings is from the 1800s and has a lot of historic charm. All rooms are different from what I understand. The is bar on the ground floor and it was a little noisy until 1 or 2 AM but it is New Orleans and it didn't really bother us. The location is very convenient, on the edge of the French Quarter and by the streetcar line. We would definitely stay again!

::First I must give complete disclosure... my husband and I are owners that said...Purchasing a week here (over 20 year's ago), was one of the best decisions we've made. For people deciding to make a reservation here, think of it as a " boutique hotel"... you get the character of the building (continued updating of services), personal attention to your individual needs, one of the best locations walking, using Uber, or your own car which can be parked in the parking facility across the street, if you fly into New Orleans, the shuttle service drops you off at the Roosevelt Hotel next door! The Orpheum Theater is across the street, The Sanger Theater is one block away, and for Casino folks like us.... Harrah's Casino is within walking distance, or a $6 Uber ride.... You have the on-site expertise of George and his staff for restaurants on the block or elsewhere! in the

::We had the best stay at this hotel. The room was amazing with the NOLA culture and the balcony was the most amazing feature of the room. The staff was great and very informative. Thanks George for putting up with our crazy Chicago asses! You’re the best!
