  Love this BHLDN! I could not recommend it more highly. My experience here was much more personal, and the sales person so experienced/attentive/and non-pushy compared to other bridal shops. I don't live in Seattle so I went alone to my appointment on my way through town. The associate made it feel like I had a good friend by my side, ready to help and give advice. And when I chose my dress they had a little box of champagne for me! So fun!

  Pro tip, it's pronounced "Beholden"... Yeah I had no idea at first. Expensive, being bridal sales and all, but the dresses are sometimes cheaper and that's nice. Perfect boho look. Super friendly staff. Wish they had more shoes to try on, that's why I went to the physical location, but I understand that's not their focus. The gal there had great tips on further searches for me. Thanks for the help anyway!

  Poor customer service. The ladies don't know how to introduce themselves, smile or even say hello. All they care about is money. I would not shop here again. The women are in serious need of training. It's supposed to be a fun and happy experience finding a wedding dress.

  This store is inside the anthropologie store on the second floor. They have a wide variety of beautiful wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses in store. Lots of fitting rooms but you might have to wait for the big mirror if it's a little crowded. The girls are helpful in picking out dresses you would like and answer all questions asked. You won't be disappointed in making a trip here.

  I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars. I purchased a dress I loved from BHLDN and I ended up returning it and ordering a different one through them. The whole process was beyond simple and not only was it easy to order/return/reorder EVERY SINGLE person I worked with was incredible!!! Seattle BHLDN team is amazing. Thank you ladies for helping me get my dream dress and making wedding dress shopping such a wonderful experience!
