  A customer of the last dozen years. Walk in, leave 2-3K behind, but LIKED it. Quality, reliability, class! Half a dozen pairs of cordovan leather shoes seem to never wear out. Suits from last decade still look fashionable and new. Wrinkle-free dress shirts - staple. Online orders took us back another $10-12K a year (wife likes it too...) At the Seattle store - seemingly similar. A bit less of the selection. A little more vague recommendations. Some questionable designs, but that is not thee location's issue. Overall, OK. Is an "OK" what you shoot for with THESE prices?... Nearly always I do custom suites. Brooks Br. do that. Nicely, if you ask me of previous experiences. HERE: it is already FOUR MONTH they can't get it right. Also, little things popping up which can't be explained other way than "lies". You know: the "little" ones. (Appointment scheduled, but I did not agree to it or even been notified of one; small garments "ordered" by me, but I hate those specific items and would never ask for them). While these four month passed, staff attitude edges towards frustration. The very best thing about this BB location: next block, ~100 yards or so there is a "Men's Wearhouse" - used to smirk of their TV-ads; now they seem so much MORE viable solution for a custom-fit suit. Half the BB's price too. They assured me they will finish a suit within a month.

  Very stuck up. Lady made very rude comments to us as I tried on shirts. Avoid this place

  Excellent service. I needed a last minute shirt (I was way underdressed for a meeting). I called, described what I was wearing, 2 hours later I had a shirt delivered that matched my pants and shoes. Day saved!

  This place is amazing! I get my custom shirts from here. I was measured while I was there and if I want another shirt, they will search through fabrics and order it for me over the phone (I live in Idaho)!
