  Amazing value and location. Would stay again. It's like a maze inside though due to the add on buildings. Nicest people work there. No breakfast included. Good wifi and comfy beds. Small regular rooms. Cheap parking. Great views from roof and nice big pool. You're in the heart of the city.

  Perfect place to stay. The beds were comfortable, location was great and parking was available. We drove to Chicago so trying to find reasonable parking at a downtown hotel was a challenge. This hotel has $25 parking with come and go services. Surrounded by many great places to eat and close to the main attractions.

  1 bedroom suite was huge. Living area had plenty of room even with the sofa bed pulled out and a pak-n-play for my daughter. Furnishings were nice (except I'm so glad I wasn't the one sleeping on the pull-out sofa... don't hotels know they make much nicer ones these days?! they are all so pathetic... also all the pillows were too thick and SO lumpy) and decor was modern. A nice home for 2 nights. Had pizza 1 night and breakfast 1 morning at the restaurant. Good food and very nice staff.

  Wallace and Charlotte were fantastic. Staff overall were informative and welcoming. Charlotte checked us in quick and made it simple. Wallace was a hit with his fantastic personality and genuine care. The room on the other hand was clean and nice looking but we were very disappointed with it not having at the least a mini fridge. Microwave would've been nice but not as necessary as fridge. Being from out of town we dined all over the city and would've loved to have some leftovers as a midnight snack or at the very least be able to wake up to a cold beverage. We rented 3 rooms total and only one had a view. The others faced the wall of the building. The shower head was so tall and not adjustable to be lowered or pointed down a little more direct, which took away from the water pressure. I'm average height of almost 5'4 and was displeased with the shower being almost 4ft above my head or feeling that way anyhow. Overall the room for sleeping and getting around for the day it was useful as for leisure and comforts of home not as much.

  I recently stayed at Best Western River North Hotel and it was great! Staff was friendly, nice and always available when I needed them. The room had an amazing view of the city and the interior was very nice and clean. Within walking distance from major landmarks, making it a prefect hotel for a fun Chicago trip. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.
