::Please 👍 like my review if you found it helpful. We had an overnight stay at Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites to attend a wedding at the nearby Fairview Green River, 5215 Green River Rd, Corona, CA 92880. We were given an exterior room that faced the parking lot instead of the central area with the pool. To be frank, we had no issues staying at the Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites. From check in to check out, we enjoyed the staff, the room, the coffee, and the breakfast. Although we wish we stayed longer, we would definitely recommend Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites to our friends and family. Heck, I regret not making a fresh waffle in the morning alongside some hot eggs and sausage that was provided. Of course, there were a number of issues but none of them deviated from the five star ⭐️ rating we gave that includes, but not limited to: coffee machine in the breakfast was leaking, the dispenser in the bathroom was weird to use (downward vs pump - see pictures), full garbage bins around the hotel.

::The room was clean and everything functioned as it should. Staff was friendly and it felt safe to walk around the area. I stayed with a dog, and appreciate Best Western being pet friendly. My only complaint would be that no one seemed to be picking up after their dogs, but that is not the fault of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

::I stayed here presidents weekend for 3 nights. Upon checkout the front desk informed me that I needed to pay for my stay again because they accidentally gave me a refund instead of someone else. There was no refund in my bank, so I kindly refused to pay. I'm not going to pay twice because of someone else's mistake. They said the refund will show up in 3 to 5 days. To which I replied that in that case, in 3 to 5 days I would be happy to call and pay the bill again. They then threatened to CALL THE POLICE on me if I didn't pay. Evidently the staff here just loves getting cops involved because the group I was with also had the cops called for something unreasonable. Rooms were fine but staff and made up protocol are ridiculous. Do not recommend.

::The staff is friendly helpful and kind. They even have a celebrity look-alike....you'll have to go to find out. Lol. They're dog friendly as well which is a huge plus for us. Breakfast is great too, full with waffles, sausage, bacon, or, aj, coffee, muffins, fruit etc etc. Soda and vending machine and clean laundry room available 24hrs. Quiet. Clean. Awesome 👌

::We were driving from California to Arizona. This was a good stopping point for us. We have a 1yr old and needed a pack and play (portacrib) and this place didn't have one. I was extremely surprised because this is the first hotel I've stayed at that flat out told me they didn't have one. Not too family friendly if you have little ones it seems. Would be great for adults or if you have bigger kids. The security gates were messed up, and parking was a free for all. There were many cars parked along the back fire lane.
