  Customer service is unsatisfactory because I was totally ignored by staff until I said something to them. Toilet was loose. Cheap toiletries. Never again

  My family stayed there when they came down from fresno and it was all dirty the sheets are all stained..just so dirty they wont stay there ever again customer service was awful they refused to give them clean sheets DIRTY!!!

  I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but I also wasn't expecting potentially dangerous damage. Aside from some cosmetic damage like peeling paint, the bathtub drain had a jagged metal edge that I almost scraped myself on. There was also no soap provided, and the mattress was slightly broken on one side. The toilet seat was also broken. Again, I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I think this is well below expectations.

  This motel has been bought and sold several times. The current management does a nice job keeping the outside neat and clean. The rooms are as expected for the price. If all you are looking for is an inexpensive place to sleep it will certainly do the job. Also to note, I did not hear neighbors through the wall so they are nice and quiet. For a 2-3 star hotel I give this place four stars for being better than average for a motel in its price range!
