::This writeup is for the amazing work that Todd in the Geeksquad auto department performed on my car. Todd and Victor are true pros, and I absolutely admire Todd's patience with me throughout the process, and awesome advice. Finally, his work speaks for itself, he is so detailed and such a perfectionist, I did not think I could get my car to the level he did, but let me tell you, he did an outstanding job. I got a quote from two audio specialty shops in the area that quoted me three times what it ended up being with Best Buy, and the quality of work was exceptional. Very thankful to the team for an amazing job!

::This place has good selection of electronics like cellphones and laptops. Service was great and people were knowledgeable of what I needed. But the prices are way too much. Honestly I rather wait two days on Amazon than spend around %20 more here. I didn't not, however, checked if they price match.

::Depending on what part of DC you live in (SE and SW), this is the closest Best Buy to the city. It's in between Crystal City and Alexandria and is among other stores like a Staples, Petsmart, and Target. Like all Best Buys, the space is HUGE and the electronics plentiful (they even have candy). Every time I go, a staff member is quickly available to help recommend the best TV, computer, or iPhone cord. If you need any electronic, this is your spot!

::The best Best Buy in the area. I had a remote starter on my car and the installation went very smoothly. Other Best Buys in the area couldn't install the remote starter but the technicians here could and he was very professional.

::I purchased a laptop from an unrelated store. Unfortunately had a surreal experience with said store and attempted to resolve my missing equipment issue with corporate, a second store, Best Buy Twitter, then was sent to this store by incorrect information from second store. The store manager at this store was simply fantastic in his approach, respect, and level of professionalism. He basically solved my problem and took accountability on behalf of a store he does not manage. Thatβs what I call outstanding customer service! I thank you.
