::Tony is a big liar. After bought my house, he signed me to DIRECTV and wifi for $85. I was so excited because in my apartment I can only use Comcast. Tony knows that DIRECTV DO NOT provide Internet. After realizing that he lied to me, I went there many times to look for an answer he never at work. I complained to his colleagues they told me that he had a surgery and they cannot do anything to about it. Please DO NOT sign for DIRECTV it's a scam. My TV is not clear and from $55 agreement with Tony, I received $142 statement for only for TV.

::awful. showed up Sunday 6:30PM and store was closed, despite web and front door proclaiming hours open until 7PM. Came next day and spent two hours trying to simply pick up a phone. Staff were extremely rude and Zsnita (avoid at all costs) drove me to the point of cancelling my upgrade because i simply couldn't sit there any longer and watch her slow roll the process (didn't feel like working I guess). who knew it was so hard to give people $700 for a new phone. never again.

::Iām not sure why this location is so severely understaffed. I came in at 10:20 and 25 minutes later am still waiting. There appear to only be 3 customer service reps available. The last time I came here I was here for over two and a half hours, an hour of that was waiting. Given the amount of time reps know they are going to have to be with a customer especially since they seem to have upsell everything, I would think they would staff the location accordingly.

::Very disappointed. The store was busy, granted, so I came with some patience. However, they took my name and I waited...and waited... until they started asking other customers in line if they had questions... the staff seemed apathetic... hire more people, or drink some coffee and get professional.

::I visited the store and they put me first. I came in to trade in my iPhone for the latest, they told me it's better to hold off for a few months as a new one should be out shortly. It's not very often stores turn away business. They also looked at my cell plan and reworked it for me bringing down my bill.
