  Great location. WAAAAAYYY better than the Yonkers store. Staff is helpful, and when you order something "shipped to store" they actually have it.

  A fantastic selection of electronics at competitive prices. The service is hit or miss. Most of the times I've been in, I couldn't find anybody to assist me.

  A typical Best Buy. I knew the location of what I was going to buy so in and out. Two cashiers, nobody on line and I still had to wait. Not long, but with nobody in front of me, I shouldn't have had to wait at all. Maybe they didn't see me.

  Made my visit today, was provided with outstanding service which exceeded my expectations including great deal offers. Did not have to search for help, staff were on point, welcoming and extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning very soon... tomorrow ;-)

  as always Best Buy has absolutely terrible customer service. Stopped shopping at all Best Buy’s years ago and should’ve stuck to it. Walked in to buy a dryer which we asked for help and the employee disappeared on us, leaving us to use google and figure out which dryer to get. Then we found one which was listed $100 more than P.C. Richards. We had to search for help as we waited to let them know which dryer we wanted. Then the guy tells us it’s out of stock and can’t get it anymore. I left the store and looked online, it was available. I called from the website and was told there are plenty in stock don’t know why they’d tell you there wasn’t. Was supposed to get 10% off for a coupon I received in mail and was on phone for an hour switching to different people telling me they can’t help me. I eventually gave up, said to myself what am I doing? I went to P.C. Richards and bought it cheaper and discount on top of it to match the 10% off Best Buy was supposed to give me. No problems. Quick and easy. Best Buy is always the worst. Do yourself a favor and just go to P.C. Richards.
