  I really love this Best Buy. Good, friendly sales people. Knowledgeable with technology and helping you get what you need. It's a total toy store for adults and I could spend all day in there browsing.

  Large selection. Just absolutely terrible customer service. Example: I ask an associate that is bullshitting with a co-worker about Friday night out, where a product can be located. His response "it's over there on the wall somewhere." I swear!

  It is always fun to come to best buy and see all the fun gadgets. I like to call best buy ,"man heaven ". Thus best buy falls in line with the rest.

  Went to purchase a $700 4k TV. The sales person hounded the fact that the TV I wanted sucked, and I should buy the $2000 Sony TV instead? If you want to upsell maybe don't pick a product that is more than double my price range... We gladly went down the road and bought the same television at Target. Easy way to lose a $700 sale right here!

  So, I just bought my laptop about 3 months ago and it did an update that wiped out all of my documents! I was about to lose my mind but Matt at the Geek Squad saved my life! He was so helpful and showed me how to get my files back. Lets just say that I'm not a computer savvy person and I always feel so dumb when I can't get my computer to work. Matt walked me through step by step (multiple times) so I would know how to fix this issue in the future. Best exprerience I've ever had! You're the best Matt!
