::At&T might be the worst but direct tv is the worst. I will never become a direct tv customer after sales agent ran hard inquiry after telling me it was only soft inquiry and then was transferred around several times on multiple phone calls and only 1 half an answer that still has dtv doing nothing. I still don't know if I'm mad enough to go to Verizon over this. *UPDATE* I was upset enough to leave At&t and now i'm with Verizon. Direct TV lost At&t a customer that had no problems with the cell service from at&t I was just that upset over FTC treatment and lies and at&t unwillingness to do anything about it.

::Terrible service at this store. Only 1 employee there on a Sun. Afternoon. The young employee sat chatting and sharing his dog photos with a customer while everyone waited. Lots of people waiting, walked out.

::Horrible customer service. I walked in the store and was ignored for 30 minutes. No “hi, we’ll be right with you”, NOTHING. Finally a manager came out from the back, Scott and finally ‘helped’ me. I wanted a new case and screen protector put on but he couldn’t help. I bought a new screen protector online at the AT&T store when I bought my new phone. He told me they could not put the screen on because they did not sell that brand. Uh, yes they do I bought it from AT&T, receipt and all. They sell the invisishield and even have the product in store! So incredibly disappointed. And I have service with them. May be rethinking that next year.

::Attempted to set up a transfer from Verizon to At&t online. Completed the online portion of the process. Waited for SIM card to arrive from suppliers. Received the SIM.... Wrong size/type for my Note 4. Decided to go to a store rather than deal with someone online or on phone. Was greeted quickly by an associate. Explained my situation, and he went about trying to remedy the problem. Did not make excuses or badmouth the online process or people. (Very refreshing ) Couldn't make SIM work that was sent to me. Took a new/appropriate SIM from their own inventory, installed it and set up my phone quickly and efficiently. AT NO CHARGE.... I might add, because of the inconvenience caused by someone else. If I should have a need to go to a AT&T store again, I will definitely be returning to this location. Excellent customer service, above and beyond. Thanks guys.
