  Super helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable unlike a best buy. You buy a high end camera you want to have expert help in making the right purchase for your needs and thats what you get here. They also host free classes and help you one on one with questions. They also have a large selection of DSLRs and mirrorless cameras. And all the accessories you could need.

  Overall experience was excellent. I called about a lens which they had listed on their used inventory with an EX+ rating. The price was fair. After speaking with Bob, I went ahead with the transaction. They shipped 2-day UPS at their expense. The lens is as good as Bob promised. I will shop BCC again.
