  This used to be the best AT&T store to go to, back when Nick & Bob owned it. Now it is run by ignorant staff and a manager with no knowledge of the companies policies, equipment and their log in protocol. It is a shame that a company like this is failing due to staff as poor as the ones in this location. I would rate a zero if it was possible. This is my 3rd and final visit to this location with this new staff.

  Poor customer service experience. I️ preordered a phone & was told that I️ would get the phone around first week of November. After calling them daily for 2 weeks they tell me that the phone will delivered first week of December.

  Great local ATT shop. Staff are always courteous ans friendly. Great service . you are a customer with them. Not just another body that has walked through the door.

  David the manager was great he help me chose the right phone and answer all my questions with a smile

  David the store manager is amazing. He always goes above and beyond to help me. Even when its a non sales related question or issue he is always willing to help with a smile on his face.
