Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta in Fort Worth

  I was at Ulta yesterday to get my hair done at the Salon so i figured that i might as well check the Benefit Brow since i noticed there was a new girl doing the brows. I told the new girl (HALEY) about how i wanted my eyebrows done. I didnt want it thin and shaped like a bow but really wanted a nice arch. I told her that i had wonderful experiences at an ulta benefit brow when i lived in Albuquerque with a brow expert named Ariana. Ariana made sure she measured my eyebrows with a stick to help with symmetry. This brow girl at Ulta Hulen told me that she can help. I had second thoughts. I told her that maybe I should let my eyebrows grow a bit but she insisted so i went ahead. I should have listened to my gut feeling. Even after sharing with her my past brow experience, she didn't even bother to use the little stick to help make my brows even. Instead she just put a little bit of wax and removed the strip- and she did this 2x. That was it. Then charged me $20. And my brows looked the same. No change whatsoever. Wow, what a total RIP OFF! I WOULD NEVER HAVE MY EYEBROWS DONE in this Ulta branch again. They really need to train their eyebrow people or hire somebody who knows what they're doing and who listens to their customers.
