  This bed bath & beyond location will give you all the same experiences as any other location. You will ultimately leave here buying more and spending more than you intended as they always have a great sale going on. I will say though, that this location has more items than the other locations I have been to. When I came to their semi-annual sale, they seemed to have more selections than the other locations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the store was neat and clean. Only issue is sometimes the lines get very long, overall good experience here.

  It's my favorite large chain store for low priced households. They have a lot of variety to choose from. Free 🚗 Parking is a big advantage here.👍 The Customer service is Excellent and return policy is perfect.👍 I highly recommend.

  The supervisor approved a credit for a registry i team the box was practically sealed missing a piece of tape the manager was called to turn the key and she decided to say we have to go to a buy buy Baby location because it’s open it was brand new and we wanted store credit to get something we needed for the baby she made a huge deal treated my husband poorly after suffering an emergency c section after being over due 2 weeks I really don’t feel this is something I wanted to have to deal with customer service told me the manger could approve it all I wanted was to get some wipes and formula but this woman has no customer service etiquette I’m not one to make complaints or really get upset But this has to be the worst experience after giving the company a house warming registry and Baby registry and frequently shopping at this location i am taking this very personal I will write a letter and email to hire ups because I did work for for the company over 11 years ago and they pride themselves on making sure the customer is happy this woman should get a different role.

  Associates were attentive, knew exactly where the items were and took us to each location. Felt as if we had a personal shopper & check out was fast considering the line. Everyone worked in perfect concert.

  Today Saturday October 21, 2017 my wife & I visited Bed Bath & Beyond store in Jackson Heights Queens. Employees were very helpful. They help me in founding my item, but it was not available so they founded on line. We placed our order on line and have it delivered to my Apartment. Thank you very much Bed Bath & Beyond Employees.
