  I absolutely love shopping at MARSHALL'S I always find name brand items at a low price and as a woman.. It's always nice to buy clothes that you know not many people will have..so you won't walk down the street and see another woman in the same outfit

  Good customer service. But the store is always always a disaster. I've gone in the am studying the week and it's still such a mess today I usually don't bother. the line is always always long but I will say that sometimes it moves fast so it's not as bad as it looks.

  One of the best in the City in terms of clothing selection. I've been coming here for years bc of it. After today, I will have to reconsider. The associate in the dressing room was excessively aggressive about counting my clothing. (I was well under the 10 item limit) and aggressive towards her co-worker. She proceeded to snatch my items out of my hand after her co-worker had already counted them and did the same when I was leaving. I've never been treated like this in this particular location. However, after this experience, I would go to another location before re-visiting this one.

  This store has a good selection but I never dare enter unless it's empty... Which is never! Standing on their lines are outrageous...since it's the top busiest store in NYC....expect to stand on line for an 1hr on a good day.
