  No one use Beck's Plumbing. They charged me $600 on Wednesday to fix a leak in my shower. Saturday morning it was leaking in the exact same spot (much easier to see now on account of the holes they cut in my sheetrock). They come back out today, and tell me that they think* the shower just needs recaulked and handed me a bill for another $185 dollars... with a quote for nearly $4000 to replace the entire shower. I refused to pay. It should have been tested by the first guy who came out and charged me 600 bucks for a repair that doesn't appear to have been needed. Long story short: he cussed a bit, said he was calling cops, sat in his van for a few minutes, then sped off.

  They run a plumbing business, not a plumbing charity. I've used them a number of times and have no complaints at all. Fair, honest and fix what is broken.

  We have called Beck's Plumbing 2 times now to our business to fix our toilet (same restroom). The first time they fixed it; it lasted exactly 1 day before we had the same problem of over flowed toilets. Granted we work with kids and they are not nice to our toilets; but it seemed like the minimum was done to fix the problem. I called to have them come back again; and let them know the problem was not fixed but is happening one day from the time they fixed it. This time; they were going to run an "eye" to see what was happening, all we got was there was a lot of poop there (hmm, interesting thought). 2 Days later; same issue of overflowed toilet. We weren't given any suggestions or solutions to why this may be happening (besides Poop and Paper Towels; to this we have taken our the paper towels from the restroom since their first time fixing the toilet). The last call I got from them was to pay the invoices; which we have sent the check out to recently. After about $400; we have had no resolutions, or suggestions to a bigger problem. I would not recommend them to my friends in Denton or anywhere else for this matter.

  If your looking for fair, honest and quality work then look no further. I've had them do everything from home repairs, rental repair and replacement, to installing new fixtures. If google would let me give more stars I would.
