  Replaced our water heater with a tank-less system on a short notice which we liked... Said he would come back to remove the old water heater from the attic, he never came back to remove the old water heater, also the new systems keeps having an error message stating that there is no flow of gas. I have to hit the reset button to get it to work. Called several times and all we get is his voice mail, left messages and no response. Today, I woke up and had to reset it again, notice there is something leaking. Also there is a PVC pipe that is cut in half that goes outside through the roof, it was leaking water from the rain we have been having. Save your money and go somewhere else. Might upgrade his rating if they would fix the problems.
