  Best gym ever, I’ve been coming here for a year now and stopped going to my traditional gym since. My body has sculpted, my endurance increased, speed as well, overall gain of mental and physical strength. Thank you Chief!

  I was looking for a self defense class that wasn't conventional, that really taught me different realistic techniques; and I found it. Now I got my whole family hooked on it. The instructor Tommy is great, he takes his time teaching you how to improve techniques and the science behind it, not to mention he makes the class fun. Everyone there is supportive and motivated. I love it!!!

  This is the place to go to get results. Equipment is clean and well maintained. Trainers are amazing. People are amazing. There’s a true team atmosphere where everyone cheers and supports each other. Egos are left at the door. It won’t be easy but it’s definitely worth it.

  The Battle Zone Gym is a a great place to train for all your fitness and self defense needs. They offer a wide range of classes to fit your schedule. The instructors and staff have no ego and work with each person to meet their individual needs. The learning atmosphere is one of a team , where all the members motivate each other to be better than before. Highly recommended having been to a few other places in the area!

  The place to go when you want to get real results. The trainers are top notch and the equipment is in excellent condition. However, the best thing here are the people who come and train. There is no ego. You’ll find here an awesome workout community/family.
