  Well designed space for a small community events or just to rest tired legs after a long walk or a bicycle ride. Dotted with granite benches throughout the space, but no other amenities such as water fountains or a restroom. There are limited number of free parking spaces available. A large metal pergola creates minimal amount of shade to escape the sun but hardly an oasis. Kudos to the designer for being sensitive to the needs of physically disabled person; Bartram's Mile park is definitely a friendly park to all Philadelphians.
