  They will purposely use their app to fail showing transactions in time to steal your money with overdraft fees. THEY DO NOT TRY TO BE BETTER OR DO RIGHT. BAD SERVICE. THIEVES.

  This bank always have problems with the service on Saturday. It took me almost 30mints just to cash my check with 5 customers in front of me.

  This bank of the west location is great! I received the best customer service from the bank teller. Definitely coming back.

  This branch is friendly and helpful. Not only the manager is knowledgeable, the experienced bankers are also knowledgeable. They all provided extra help and make things easier for you.
