  Every time I go the people their are so polite, and experienced, the staff is super helpful. Especially EDITH she the best thank you for your hard work.

  I walked in expecting to wait for a while to get help, the tellers offerd to help me soon as I walked in, Really surprised on the fast service plus customer service is excellent.. Highly recommend 👍

  Have been doing my banking here since I was in my early teens, no complaints at all. Wonderful bank with Wonderful employees working there. 😁👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯

  I came here to cash a check issued by their bank they had me wait, treated me like a criminal by telling me the check has to go through a verification, then The teller tells me that their is a $9.50 charge to cash the check terrible I in my experience do not recommend this bank.

  I've had an account here for years and I've never had an issue until today. The branch is under new management and the new staff has absolutely no regard for their long term customers. I wrote a check for my mother to cash (she's also a bofw customer) and the bank refused to cash the check. Not because there wasn't any funds, not because I have a history of writing bad checks but because "it was out of character" for me to write a check. At least that's what the cs manager said when I spoke to them. I understand that there's a protocol you have to follow but the way the staff went about this was wrong. The attitudes they had were unacceptable. They weren't courteous and they treated my mother like she was attempting to commit fraud!! She's had an account there longer than I have had mine and she goes into this branch regularly and the treatment she received from the staff was terrible.
