::Why would anyone use this bank? Clients cannot send wires transfers without physically coming into the branch. That would be a deal breaker, but it gets worse. There's no central service office; they refer to a branch. And branch (e.g., Alameda) customer service is horrible - the person answer the phone puts me on hold because someone walked into the branch. Is there only one person working there? On hold for long time. When you finally speak with someone, they know so little about banking they give wrong answer to simple questions - e.g., suggesting to use portal for transferring $ to a 3rd party at another bank (actually, that is not possible; that only works if transferring to another bank account with same named account).
