::From the moment you walk in, you notice the team here is courteous. Add to that - knowledgeable and efficient. I found the services offered were far superior to those offered at nearby big name banks. Ajene explained services based on my needs which allowed me to complete my business most expeditiously! Thank you!

::I opened an account here when they first opened and have regretted it ever since. I have moved my funds to another credit union as well as opened an account with Charles Schwab. If you want to be treated poorly and have your time and money completely disregarded this is your place! The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a credit union. What a joke...It’s ironic and comical that they can reply to a bad review publicly yet ignore several emails I have sent. No one ever has an answer or does there job here. I cannot wait to close my account here...Stay away folks! Literally anywhere else will treat you and your money better.

::I went to this credit union to do an auto loan. To do so, I had to open a membership. No brainer. I went in, and Jacqueline Lane refused service to me. Despite having no other appointments, she told me, “we have other members that need to be serviced, and opening a membership takes 25-35 minutes, so you can do it yourself.” I was so flabbergasted that a banker would tell me that she cannot open an account for me that I asked to speak with the manager, Sophia Srey. Sophia was just as rude. My experience was so bad that I will never do business with this credit union, and I suppose future clients look elsewhere as well. Wow, I seriously cannot believe that happened!

::The office is new and has two high end ATMs inside as well as one teller desk. There is an ATM outside.

::The employees are great, the services suspect. I received an ad to attend a sale and buy a car at 1.99% interest. I purchased the vehicle for $19,000 and requested financing or $10,000 and was turned down. I offered to secure the loan with my personal cash (at the increased rate of 2.99%) and was turned down for the auto loan but had to pay 4.04% while borrowing my own money. I have 12 credit cards with over $50,000 limit and less than $500 balance. Excellent credit rating but was turned down by 1st United for a card. I deposited $400 cash in the ATM and 1st United did not post and took 4 days to find my cash. They have moved to more machine interactions and less people. I prefer people over machines that take jobs and cannot respond to problems. It is the customer oriented people employed who have prevented me from transferring elsewhere. (I have opened accounts elsewhere where I am treated like a good customer by having tellers, approved credit cards, give me veteran rewards and approve my loans). This must be the consequences of being an old fashioned senior citizen.
