  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The Manager or Spanish speaking manager that was there today at 3:50pm on 12/16 is garbage. Her customer service is terrible. I went in to cash a check. I have an account. My check was made out to Bank of America. I am moving into a new place and needed to get a cashiers check when she refused to service me because I had a hyphenated maiden name on my check. Mind you it’s hyphenated and the rest of my full name is clear as day and she said it’s bank policy to not cash it. I have never in my life experienced such negligence. Please find a manger that’s good with customers and customer service.

  I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card and was getting the run-around with the fraud department. I had been fighting them for over 2 months and was faxing my proof using this local branch. Each time I came in the staff were very attentive, the teller line moved quickly, and everyone was in masks. When the branch manager offered to assist, the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours, even though it wasn't her department.

  I have also experienced rude tellers as well. On one particular occasion, after finally getting inside, I asked the teller at the drive thru window with no customers, if he could help the overwhelmed teller inside. He rudely told me no because he couldn't "get in the system". I will rejoice when the Washington St branch reopens.

  I don’t know why all the negative reviews. Of course place is busy, it’s on Richmond Hwy. I had appointment at 11, was received by very nice and attentive girl named Maybelline I think. And Bruno Valente was great while assisting me with opening My bank account. Gave me some very good advices and information. They were both very kind. Everything went smooth and easy. Thank you Bruno and Thank you Maybelline.

  This use to be my go to bank, only because they were one of many who still had druve thru service. Now....going inside, and having to deal with the line tellers is simply deplorable! There is typically 1 maybe 2 people working, and to do a simple deposit takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Hopefully they will bring more staff into this branch again....PLEASE!! And....reopen the drive-thru teller.
