::I don’t normally write reviews but I had to take a moment to publicly thank Arely who is the Assistant VP of the branch for her fantastic assistance/customer service. She was a great help when I was in a tough situation with my own bank, and because of her, they will be gaining new business from me.

::Negatively affected my financial well-being. Original complaint starts with BOA’s fraud department, which flagged a transaction for fraud (I’ve been to this vendor several times in the last year, not sure why it was flagged for fraud). Did not receive a text or email regarding this, or else I would have simply communicated that it was a legitimate charge. After AN HOUR of waiting and being hung up on twice, I was finally able to talk to a representative. This agent took about 20 additional minutes to simply let my original charge go through, but did not lift the restrictions on my credit card. When I brought this issue into the N Washington branch, they cancelled my original credit card and issued a new one, promising that this card would be automatically added to my digital wallet. However, no card was added to digital wallet, and I cannot add it myself until the physical card arrives by mail in 7-10 days, as I do not have the CVV code. If I had known that no BOA rep has the ability to issue replacement cards, I would have simply kept this credit card on my digital wallet. To recap, I walked into this branch unable to view my credit card statement, and walked out with no credit card at all. Thanks BOA

::Went in to the bank without an appointment and I didn’t have to wait long until Arnold helped me. He was wonderful and made my year. He is a great person and is an example of what a positive customer experience is. Please keep him there, he is an added value to the bank.

::The entire staff at this bank is wonderful (manager, officers, tellers, etc.). I was handling some complicated banking issues for someone, and they made excellent recommendations on how to resolve them and never rushed our conversations and transactions. They are at the top of my list for customer service (banking or otherwise)!
