::very sparse on the street parking in a terrible location. Also, pure laziness from their staff. Don't expect anyone to actually help you. They'll just show you the ATM in the front office. There is literally no point to this place. You might as well have a standard ATM with nobody

::The worst bank and branch I have ever "dealt" with. Cannot figure out how to complete simple tasks. Make you wait for 30 minutes only to inform you they cannot help you today. They promise to call you within the next 2 days and then fail to do so. Take your business elsewhere.

::Despite how small the branch is, the staff is attentive and communicative about potential wait times and making appointments. Everyone there is really nice and friendly, and they even hold the door and offer water/coffee during my visits. Only downside is that there’s no convenient parking nearby, but it is a historical district so it’s not their fault.

::Called this branch to make an appointment for opening a new account and they told me to walk in and a banker would help me with that. Went to the branch after driving 25 minutes and paying for parking, but they said I had to make appointment. Told them that I had called to make appointment, but the person told me to walk-in, they didn’t want to help. There was literally no customers in the branch and four branch individuals were looking at each other and were not willing to offer any help or solutions but to make me another appointment for another day as “there was no banker available that day”. I am very disappointed with the staff representing Chase at this branch. They should be trained to provide customers with accurate information over the phone and offer expected customer service in the branch.

::If possible, would not give a star at all. Came to verify a trust. One banker busy opening an account that was going to take more than an hour. The other three in a meeting which was going to last indefinitely despite being during open hours. Have a trainee greeter in lobby to keep apologizing for terrible customer service. Chase, you can do much better!!
