::Absolutely the worst location, CONSTANTLY has issues with 2 of their 3 atms. So glad they added the new feature of needing your card to get in to the only working ATM and to the bank itself. Totally what they should be investing in, instead of making sure their machines actually work!!

::This is the worst location ever, the service Sucks! The Branch Manager is very lazy and the tellers are are unprofessional! He literally had a line out the door and he came out saying to ppl that had be waiting in line 20 mins that they’d have to schedule next Week Wednesday! She didn’t complete my transaction because I mentioned his tail needed to hop in and help! Lazy tail! Sir thankful your just a lazy worker that can be replaced with better, because your not it Broderick!

::I should have read the comments before going to this bank. The lady with the glasses and bun (Last name starts with and F)is a complete embarrassment to the bank. She told me I could not withdrawal my cash but I can only use it with my card. She was jealous when I told her the amount I wanted to withdraw She asked me to repeat it and then states out loud where my deposit came from. This was a total breech of security and confidentiality. I will report her to their corporate office because she can put boa customers’ safety at risk breaching by being jealous hearted.

::If this were possible I would give this BOA location a negative rating. The staff here are very rude and inconsiderate. I’m not sure who the manager is at this location, but someone needs to properly train the staff here on customer service. I am a REALTOR and my cash buyers closed on a property this past week and needed their cleared funds to be wired to the closing attorney office at Soto Law. These clients, in particular, are very special to me and unfortunately came in contact with Kenisha Thomas while they visited this location. I’m not sure if anyone remembers a story back in 2013 that reached national news of a small boy 11 years old in foster care who was found tied to a porch with a dead chicken around his neck, severely abused by his foster mother (supervisor of Union County DSS). This young man is now 19 years old and has been through so much in his young life and just recently reached a big win in his life to be able to purchase a new home (something he’s never had) with a portion of his settlement. His funds were wired from a legit trust account from the attorney’s who represent his case nearly 8 years ago. On Friday, Kenisha Thomas ruined this happy moment for him and his family. She questioned where the money came from, lied multiple times and stated the money was not available when it indeed cleared that morning. according to the banker from the day before, the money would be okay to wire after 24 hours. Kenisha put a freeze on the account when, according to the representative on the phone Saturday, ”she was not permitted to do that”. Kenisha’s caused a negative balance of $888, 888. Now we are delayed on wiring funds to the closing attorney to secure this home for my client. My clients attempted come in 1 hour before closing Saturday to rectify the problem and she threatened to call the police. This is absolutely unacceptable Kenisha. How dare you ruin something so special because you lack customer service skills?! Just because someone doesn’t look like you, doesn’t mean that you treat them any different. As a former banker myself, You did not handle this transaction correctly, you handled it from your emotions which are not good in any business. I pray that you will allow this incident to make you a better person. ““The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?” Jeremiah 17:9 NLT

::I guess is not a surprise that this location has a low rating. One of our employee goes to this bank every week to cash his check and for some reason, today he have faced a sadly discrimination with the BOA representative called Aly. I've been doing business with BOA for over a decade and we never had this type of experience or have one our colleague discriminated. I don't have a problem to deal with bad service but I will not tolerate discrimination and I will certainly involve my attorney along taking my business elsewhere.
