::Idc if this establishment is short staff, the customer service is very down bad and out of pocket. Today, i came here to cash my check cause my job paid me early yesterday. A teller by the name of Barbara gave me a very hard time for nothing. What does the actual pay date have to do with cashing a check?! Lol its either if I can get it I can get it thats my money I worked hard for. Its sad i went to fifth & third bank today and they was able to cash in my check. The only reason why i declined and came here because of fees i did not want to pay. I wanted to get all my money . but Barbara wanted to be a bitter old hag and she was very rude and not understanding at all. I want to get her reported and she needs to be in the back doing something else since she does not know her job too well.

::What happened with this bank?You know how you may talk to someone and it feels like they don't care? Well, unfortunately that's how it felt today speaking with Ms.Troutman who is a Veteran at this branch location.(Needing to break for lunch shouldn't impede the customer in front of you). Then after being in this bank for more than 45 minutes, I was told the restroom is not for the public. Wait, what...I'm a client/customer! The bright light that achieved "2 Stars"... the guy behind the counter, a former Shift Manager for Starbucks and his supervisor who waived the $8 official check fee which came only after I said, then I'll take cash!

::Completely incompetent!!!!!!!!!!! They refused access to my account. My debit card broke. Cs said they sent a replacement and canceled mine. When I called they said it was returned. 2 months later I still have to go to the bank for my money. Refused to give me new expiration date or new card. My car ins was canceled. Moving everything to the Credit Union. I have never seen such incompetence and lies.
