::Fast & polite! I went at an off-time, 10am-ish. I think that's the difference btw my experience & everyone complaining abt long lines. Go at an off-time & you're in & out. Parking is way easier than the one in Laurel too.

::Our deposit is missing! We opened an Estate account on 5/7/21 and the initial deposit which was a check from Bank of America itself of $7,000 was not credited. We reported this a week later with our receipts, the manager stated she would work on it, and call her regional manager. However, It is now 6/1/2021 and our deposit is still missing! This has had a major impact on our business operations. Communication from the manager is inconsistent. We have not even received a provisional credit nor received any communication of this issue outside of our own follow up. No one seems to be caring about our issue even though bank or American clearly messed up here. This is the worst service I've received from any bank. $7,000 missing for a month! Where is our estate fund!?

::Horrible, and I mean horrible customer service. I would give this place a no star if it was possible. Evey time I go in that branch, they seem to come up with new rules and regulations on the spot, when I've done the same transactions at other banks without any complications. Not to mention, the people that work there are basically as slow as sloths and don't care if the line in out the door. There's also generally only one bank teller there when its next to a popular mall, which promotes high flow of traffic.

::This branch at the Columbia Mall needs to improve customer service big time!! First visit was over a year ago. I came 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon. The guy in a suit said they are closing soon and his staff would have to stay longer to assist me. I told him I only needed to update my account name. He said they really cannot assist me anymore. Second visit was about a month ago, two tellers won't accept my deposits and I understood their reason. But they sounded abrupt and cold. I also own a business and do my best not to treat our clients like this. I guess I'll just keep avoiding going to this branch.
