  1 teller working while at least 10 customers are waiting in line while the other employees sit and watch on top of they don’t have a drive through! Management came out and saw the huge line and went back to their cubical office to hide I’m assuming and not be seen again.

  Plan to get some banking done? Don't go to this location. No matter what day, or time you go, there will only be 1 teller working. It's actually insane.

  Was here about a month ago, a kind person named Demaa (sp?) was very helpful, I was changing addresses due to a move. I came back today to follow up on a brokerage account to verify it had worked (long story) and her office was gone (they literally tore out her cubicle..), told she was moved to another branch. No worries, right? Wrong, told to just put their app on my phone. I tried to explain this was not about the app, just wanted to make sure I didn't have an account with the old address in their system. Blank stare and told to put the app on my phone again and that everyone was busy. I thanked them and left, but felt unheard and not helped. I don't go to the bank often. Granted I probably look semi-homeless....Do I have to shave and put on a suit to be listened to?

  This is the worse branch I have ever seen. Hours are not accurate. I was there on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 11 AM, and they are closed. Online it says open, and even on the door, it says open Saturday from 10 AM - 2 PM. I needed to get something from my locker, but now I can’t. I CAN’T WAIT TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

  This bank is trash. Their open 7hrs a day and rob the customers any chance they get. Huntington is free and open when you need them. Also do some research on how crooked this company has been in the past. Your money is safer in a shoe box.
