  Bank of America has got to be the worst bank in the history of banks. I switched my business checking from CHASE to Bank of America hoping it would cater more to the business needs. I could not have made a bigger mistake. I wish I could say it was one experience with one person, but it was absolutely every contact I made in trying to get a issue resolved that their incompetence caused. Everyone I spoke with could care less at helping me resolve my concern and could definitely not care about my business. To their defense, I don't think any of them were authorized to make a decision, but they never even tried. Now I am going to start using a local bank that specializes in business relationships. I am shocked that anyone banks with BOA.

  Last Saturday, a teller told a client that they could not guarantee that there are funds enough to cover the check I wrote him. They discouraged him from depositing my check. I do not bank at B of A, but a business owner receives payment from many financial institutions. Why would a teller lead this business owner to believe that I write bad checks? I bank at a local, very reliable Credit Union, which, btw, has very good Google and Yelp ratings. I tried to call and speak with a manager at this branch, but no one answers the phone.

  I called to open a Trust account and was met by repeated questions as if I was lying. The woman who opens these accounts was rude and uniformed about why its not lawful to ask for the full trust. The certificate of trust is what is needed. NO I have never had an account with BOFA! And YES I will be going to another branch that is more polite and courteous!

  This bank has poor customer service. I was heavily judged by the associates for wearing basketball shorts. Look it's my day off, what i wear shouldn't matter. but the level of arrogance from the associate is pretty sad. I've been with BoA for 20 years, they've always had a bad reputation, this definitely isn't helping them.

  Bank of America treats me well & the staff is great....but corp. B of A does not care about you or your time. Their main priority is to satisfy the stock holders & keep profits up by running skeleton staff & cutting expenses. I only go into the bank when I absolutely have to for transactions that I can not do online or at the ATM. So please fellow customers....learn how to use the ATM & online banking/the app on your phone. You can deposit your check right on your phone, so learn how to do that & stop clogging up the branch line. If your technology challenged have your kids/grand kids show you how to do it, you'll be amazed & so happy you did. Most check issuers also do direct deposit, sign up for that.
