  STAY AWAY Didn't think the reviews were this bad in person, but I was wrong. Horrible service one guy kept coming out and saying someone would be with me shortly, literally had me waiting to see someone for 27 minutes and finally I was told that it would another 25 to 30 minutes before I could get helped. The first person could have had the common decency to provide me with this information to begin with. I could have done other errands and come back.

  Couldn't make a withdrawal because there system was down. Worst location

  Standing in line forever the lady walked awaysays nothing..one was helping a customer he had longer things to do.. should at least learn to be social and say I'm sorry be right with or my apologies..we will get to you..

  Bad service is there only service. My parents just cancelled both their accounts with BofA after 20+ years also. Go anywhere else.

  Too many bad service at all locations. Decided to cancel my bank account.
