  I went in to open an Account the staff was courteous, cheerful, kind, knowledgeable and very patient. my day was a little tumultuous and I was a bit on edge my representative Dale Thomas was very patient and he gave me the best of service although I was on edge. Dale made sure that I was comfortable and took his time working with me. and I am very grateful to him for his understanding of my mood. thanks wells Fargo for the people to choose to employ at this branch. The 3rd avenue branch in Chula Vista.

  Everyone is so nice and polite.This is definetly now my favorite bank in town! A banker name Eric assisted me and my mom here, initially I thought he was a manager as he greeted us at the door and immediately assisted us. He is very knowledgeable and was patient with my many questions I came in with that evening . Eric is probably one of the best bankers I have meet as of today at wells fargo and speaks spanish perfectly which was a plus for my mom. We look forward to coming back in and thank you for the wonderful service.

  If you are going to trust someone with your money, they should treat you right! Wells Fargo is a five stars in my book. Always profesional, knowledgeable and courteous. Keep it up!

  Recently forgot my bank card at outside atm. My own fault. Stolen within ten min. Went back inside for help and was told no cameras by ATM ( so be careful) and they did nothing to help. Rediculos. You would think a bank would have outdoor cameras. Most neglectful inconsiderate employee s I've ever seen. If it was a option they would get 5 negative stars. Will never bank at Wells Fargo again
