  I don’t understand why such low ratings - this gives reason to worry, but. I came and they were friendly with me, both at the service desk and at the bank employee, Juan, even considering that my English is not very good, they did everything and I was very pleased with the service. Of course there is a waiting time, but how else?

  Refused to cash a payroll check because it was handwritten and refused to call and verify. No problems at cashing at any other Bank of America. Insulting to be treated like some kind of petty criminal like I'm trying to pass a fraudulent check. The problem with common courtesy and common sense is that it's not very common and never more evident than what I experienced at this Bank of America location. Would have given them zero stars if I could have.

  This bank should close its doors, save us a the wasted time in long lines to get to the window and not be able to do the simple transaction of cashing a check. Should have gone to Chase

  Most inconvenient banking experience ever. Glad to be leaving. I asked to withdraw money out of my bank account. I provided my drivers license, alternative ID (credit card), and had them send me a code to log into my account. They told me that I didn't sign some paperwork when I opened my account so they couldn't process a withdrawal because they couldn't confirm my identification.... So I had to call technical support I left the line and called BOA's technical support, in the parking lot, I had them verify my identification over the phone and put a note on my account. I went back in and the line was wrapped around because only 1 teller was working. When I got to the front, I showed my drivers license, told my address, and logged into my account by text message. At first it wasn't working they told me that "didn't I get turned away earlier," I told them that I called technical support and that they told me that they left a note on my account noting that my identification was confirmed. A manager had to be called over to process my request. They told me that they could give me the money, but they couldn't cancel my account unless I call in or have a meeting with a manager. I didn't make an appointment to sit with a manager so I chose to call in. My account balance says $0, but my withdrawal says "Processing CASHED CHECK HOLD ON 06/02"... I withdrew cash in person so there shouldn't be anything to process. I did not cash a check. Their systems description of transactions is flawed. I was told on the phone I have to wait for it to not be "processing" in order to close my account. BOA should really invest in their customer experience. I am glad there are other options. A trip to the bank that should have taken minutes turned into an over hour ordeal.

  No tellers available on a Tuesday. Other services incredibly slow, either run a branch properly or close it entirely. I'd rather drive further and get service than sit around a lobby for who knows how long
