  Slow service - seems to always have only one banker and at such a busy location to boot - and the line helper isn't very helpful at giving the correct information nor does he/she just get on the line to help. This branch also doesn't have a notary public. Only bonus of this place is that it is conveniently located at Rossyln metro station.

  awesome customer service by Angelique who took the time to make sure a certain transaction could be done.when i called other BOA'S without even checking they will say we dont do that. Angelique thank you ..

  I had a horrid experience at this particular bank of America. I went with my nephew to make his first ban account and get him a debit card. The process was easy enough and the lady that helped my nephew and me out was nice like you wouldn't believe. They told me it would be about a week before he got his debit card so I thought all was well. 3 weeks later the debit card came... Really bad service, almost like that nice lady straight out lied to me
