  I was told Id be getting a survey through my email but I did not receive one so I am gladly going on here to give this place the review it deserves. Five stars for sure!! We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. Anyways I highly recommended this bank. I feel they do not deserve two star ratings. But that is my opinion.

  I felt pressure when seeing those negative comments, but my experience was very positive. I’ve visited there twice. The lady in the lobby has been very friendly and professional. She helped me out very efficiently both of the times, great customer service!

  Ignore negative reviews!! ppl in this branch are really good. They go above an beyond to help customers.

  how do i access my safe deposit box? the branch is closed probably due to covid and nobody picks up the phone.....and no alternate phone number. the website is totally useless.
