  I've been using BoA and this branch for about 9 months. I, and my spouse, have been very, very happy so far with BoA and with this branch. So far, every staff member we have worked with has been pleasant, helpful, friendly and responsive. There are some times I avoid because they are so incredibly busy (Friday before close, Sat AM) but that's been true at every bank I've been at.
