::I LOVE Fidelity. For decades I was with Wells Fargo and when I started my business I switched to Fidelity after realizing the personalized banking service folks used to get in the old days was still available at this great bank. I especially love working with Ashley Perry and Valerie Quinn who always go above and beyond for me. Switching banks is a big deal and I cannot imagine ever leaving Fidelity and going back to a big bank like Wells Fargo. 100% make the switch - you won't regret it.

::I have been to many Fidelity branches throughout the triangle, and while they are beautiful and friendly places, this one is by far my favorite. I drive from Raleigh (passing a few other branches) to come to this one specifically when I need help. Our company uses a business advantage account with Fidelity, and sometimes it can be a bit complicated (to me, haha). When I come here the employees always do whatever is needed to solve any issues, and they do it with a good attitude! I highly recommend coming to the Chatham St. branch for any of your banking needs!!! Special shoutout to Kelley Maulin, who went the extra mile and took the time to help me during a particularly busy day, even though what I needed help with was not part of her job. In addition to being kind personable folks, the staff at Fidelity are about their business and get things done for customers swiftly.
