::This place is sorely under staffed. The staff that is there, 2 tellers and one guy at a desk, are doing the best they can under the circumstances, hence the second star, but I called repeatedly and got no answer, went in and asked my question, and had the longest wait I've ever had in a bank for a non-teller situation. There were 9 or more people in line for tellers the whole time I was there. Looks like B of A is closing branches and reducing staff for their own cost savings. None of this supports customers or staff.
