  I try to buy C D s no one ver available .. tried calling for appointment no one at that bank answers phone .. so frustrating

  Only one teller is helping customers while two others mill around behind the counter.

  Wells Fargo has really made it difficult to do business. All branches have cut their hours, the cut staff, and push services to online. Many money services cannot be completed online. The people are kind and Wells Fargo is subjecting them to angry customers. My heart is with them. I do not take my frustrations out on them, but I will on reviews for every branch I visit.

  Just one person attending everyone. Huge line. Wells Fargo should hire more staff. I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes.

  I would like to commend Margarita Garcia for assisting me August 5. I did not Have an appointment and I had a deadline to meet for my transactions. Ms Garcia stated let me see what I can do. I was so grateful she was able to assist me the same day. Ms Garcia was very Professional with such a friendly smile while greeting the Public She has Excellent Customer skills.
