  doesn't exist. the phone # is forever busy. why lie? better remove this from google maps. the 5-star reviews are either paid for or by delirious people.

  Unbelievable! I have any account with Itau Personnalite in Brazil but I can't communicate with them from NY to Brazil, because the numbers are always 'busy'. I then tried the branch in NY. Here it is even worse. It rings continuously and nobody answers it. Does this bank still exists? I better go to Brazil in order to find another one to handle my money.
