  Devon, (I think) the manager, was amazing. He really went out of his way to find exactly what I needed :)

  I stopped by this store with the intent to update some of my wardrobe and was legitimately upset by my experience. My partner and I were completely ignored by the staff aside from two seconds of eye contact with an associate when I first walked in. Not one employee asked me if I needed anything the entire time I was there, but they went out of their way to greet more well dressed customers and tell them all about the current sale. I felt like Julia Roberts on Rodeo Drive in Pretty Woman. As a Banana Republic credit card holder, I was appalled by the pompous treatment I received.

  A good store and excellent staff . Always best collection . Staff is helpful and always suggest good combination.

  Classic BR...no problems,nice clothes,good selection & helpful employees. Reason for the 3-star is simple & seems to be a consistent issue throughout Shadyside--limited selection of mens clothing & even more limited regarding smaller sizes. I could not find anything in my smaller size except socks & boxers. Area seems geared towards primarily upscale women. Other than that,it's a nice clothier...
