  Hmmm.... I’m trying to be reasonable here. I’ve visited this establishment abt 5-6 times on different occasions, if not more. They do have an awesome variety of bagel choices. The staff does appear friendly. The prices are fair. However, get your mind right for a lengthy wait for your order. My experiences are, they are SLOW!! Out of the 5-6 visits, I may have walked out maybe four (4) times due to what appears to me is chaos, and extremely long wait times. At one of those times, while I was waiting to get my order taken in one line, people behind me, on the same line was having their order placed. That was frustrating. I politely asked the staff, am I on the right line? She politely smiled, and nodded her head, yes-what’s tht about?! Any way, consumer beware for a long wait and some chaos, those are my issues.

  AMAZING BREAKFAST HANDS DOWN..IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS. THANKS BAGEL DOCK FOR ALWAYS MAKING SURE MY TURKEY BACON IS WELL DONE AND MY EGGS OVER MEDIUM. LOVE YOU GUYS!

  Best deil in Freeport and I have been too them all !! Can't wait when the out side opens up Mike is the man!! And all the people that work there are the best in the biz
