  Nobody in the place knows what they are doing, 4 different counter staff who don't now how to make an egg sandwich., and soooo slow!!! and an owner who is unwelcoming to customers... the staff reflects owners poor attitude and unfriendly service.. 4 other options within 1 mile that will get my business...

  The food is usually very good, but the service is spotty. You may order an egg bagel with bacon garlic cheddar cream cheese, but it's anyone's guess what will be inside the tin foil wrapping once you open it. Requests to have your bagel/sandwich "toasted" are also consistently ignored. Sometimes you get a good amount of cream cheese and sometimes it's a thin layer on only the bottom half of the bagel.

  Very nice food, staff extremely good, I was into the establishment and back out to the R/R in no time. Thanks, I'll be back.

  Egg white, tuna and spinach salad is the best, toss it in a lettuce wrap or be a good human being and get it on a bagel

  Merrick Bagel Cafe is totally worth every penny! I ordered a bagel hero, half American and half Italian. It was delicious! Everything on that bagel hero was 100% fresh! The presentation of the bagel hero was very nice and clean.
