  We dropped off my sons Prom suit and shirt at cleaners early this week to prepare for Prom. We didn't look at the clothes until time to get ready to take pictures. We realized the cuff links on the shirt and the black formal button covers were missing. I freaked out, was not sure how i could fix. I called store to see if they could locate no luck. i called stores to try to locate some no luck. I called the store and asked to have manager or owner call me. We had to go take pictures we headed to go get Prom date.. We headed that way..The Owner personally called us and brought black and silver button cover and cuff links to save the day that were his to us where we were taking pictures and ordered replacement we should have by Friday. Yes stuff happens but they went above and beyond to recover the day! I appreciate it. My sons was happy again the pictures turned out great and Prom is saved. thank you for restoring faith in doing what is right. I appreciate it. Castillo Family
