::Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with nice blackout curtains. 12:00PM checkout. The hotel bar and restaurant has great food, I grabbed the reindeer burrito for breakfast and a 4 shot latte. Very chill way to start our trip.

::We were in a suite, the room was wonderful. It was spacious and pretty. The hotel is located downtown within walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a great stay, and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

::The owner is very understanding, running a business not a boarding house. I liked his easy going manner. Family oriented. Just trying to help the ones who are trying to help themselves. Keep ur level of company to a minimal though.

::Dirty + Poor Service We have given the Aviator multiple chances over the years, even after they claimed to renovate and changed their name (formerly, The Loft's). At this point it is our own doing for continuing to go back, but I would not recommend this establishment. From mysterious stains and substances found on furniture and walls in the rooms, to loose fixtures and exposed wire, we did not feel comfortable staying the night in our rooms. We were also disturbed by the amount of police presence we have encountered in the hallways of the hotel; not because of who the police are, but because they were needed so often. I understand having uncooperative customers, and not being able to always control that, but it seems this is an on-going problem, not a one-off situation. Upon check-in of our second time at the Aviator, we were given our room keys and proceed to the room to unload our belongings. When we entered the room, it became evident that someone was currently staying in it, as they were asleep on the bed and their belongings were strewn about the room. We immediately went back to the front desk and they got us a different room, but we just didn't understand how that could have happened. We also experienced poor service in the bar/lounge area; we sat at a table for over 45 minutes before someone took our order, and that only happened because we walked up to the bartender multiple times until she was so exasperated she just took our order herself. Then we waited another 30+ minutes before being told our order never got put in. Again, we understand that we seem a glutton for punishment, but we really try to give local businesses a second (and sometimes 3rd) chance. Sadly, we will not be returning, nor recommending this facility to anyone unless we see significant changes.

::Would give another star if so many of the individuals in management/other employees weren't so rude & judgemental. 7/10 on room cleanliness & size. Has a workout room, full size public kitchen/couple tables, laundry room, cafe/small restaurant (live music), helicopter rides, monthly payment options (around 800/month) utilities included for a double with two queen size beds or one king size bed + microwave, coffee maker, and table w/ two chairs.
