  The atmosphere was great, but the food wasn't anything special. Bland biscuits and gravy.

  If you love all things biscuits - go to this place. Likewise, if you go to this place, you better love biscuits! It's the only thing on the food menu, but they do it right for sure! Sounds like a good business plan - find one thing you love to do and do it well. Biscuit Bettie's does.
