  I've been going to this shop for years, but once they got rid of the guy I always went to, I couldn't go there anymore. Oswald is gone, white mike is gone, mike b is gone, half of the people I went to see who were cool. Now it feels like they don't care about their customers. Oswald cared, White mike cared and mike bell cared. Can't go here anymore. It's just not welcoming.

  the service was much better in early 2016, and before. Now it's barely the store it use to be. All the good employees were fired, or left. There are only a few good ones left from the old days. The service went down hill really fast the last 2 years. Hope they all improve, but without the honest salesmen they use to have, it's hard to grab the good salesmen anymore.

  AT&T is a horrible company to do business with. I was stuck in a contract with them for 2 years. I feel so cheated. Horrible phone reception. 2 gigs of data and two phones $176. I now have T-mobile. I pay the same price for 4 phones 10gigs and included in the price per month is the partial cost of two of the phones. And insurance for one of the phones. Not to mention one of the agents at AT&T used my information to file a claim and had a phone sent to someone in another state! They refused to let me out of my contract. Steer clear of AT&T. It was a nightmare for 2 years of my life.
