::So me and my family switched from Verizon to T-Mobile with the help if Mr. Miguel. He is so freaking awesome. My mom's old phone wasn't working so well with T-Mobile however Miguel did everything he could to try to help my mom keep her phone. He took his time. Went over things with us, explaining things we didn't understand. I had such a great experience with this T-Mobile store and Miguel. I'm honestly feeling great about my switch. I always say great customers service and Phone service will keep me around. Thank you so much T-Mobile!

::worst experience ever. i am just for 2 days in new york and stayed in the store for 2 hours without solving a problem. i bought a 10 usd internet prepaid sim that was being recognized in a lte modem.

::Some of the people that work in that store are rude. I am a happy TMOBILE customer about the data, and other things, but customer service are not quite good.
